What is Circuits?

This total body, circuit style workout is designed to increase muscular strength and endurance, boost mood and challenge the core and fitness levels. In this fun, sociable class we will use fitness equipment and body weight exercises to work on athletic ability, strength, balance and coordination.

You do not need to be super fit to join us, all abilities are welcome to come and enjoy a workout in the fresh air!

What is Yoga?

There are many different types of yoga practice. In this class, our intention is to become present and enjoy the time for ourselves.  We will work with breath awareness and mindful movements while enjoying the fresh air, sunshine and nature. This hatha flow style class will help improve strength, flexibility, focus and reduce stress.
