Explore a seamless combination of vinyasa flow, yin yoga, tai chi movements and yoga nidra meditation. This mini morning retreat offers a balance of challenge and calm to energise the body and leave you feeling relaxed.

We will move mindfully, breathe slowly and take time to explore energy flow and stillness with this blend of yoga & tai chi styles.

Moving from strength into relaxation as we slow down into our final yoga nidra meditation to feel calm and balanced for your weekend ahead.
