3. HIIT Ladders

Short 15 second bursts, adding on 1 new exercise every round!

4. Tabata 40/20

4 rounds, 4 exercises, 40 seconds work and 20 seconds rest!

5. Magic 2 

ROUND 1 – 5 rounds, repeat the magic 2 exercises 3 times!

6. Magic 2

ROUND 2 – 5 rounds, repeat the magic 2 exercises 3 times!

7. Tabata 40/20

4 rounds, 4 exercises, 40 seconds work and 20 seconds rest!

8. Tabata 20/10

 Round 1 = 10 exercises x 2       Round 2 = 10 exercises x 1!
