This friendly class offers a beautiful blend of movement and breath to release tension, combined with restful restorative poses and meditation to leave you feeling deeply relaxed.

This gentle class welcomes all levels and abilities.

  • Who is this class for?

    This class welcomes both beginners and experienced students. A safe space for anyone experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout or overwhelm and needs to find time for themselves to slow down, relax and release physical and emotional tension.

    What to expect?

    Expect a friendly group and atmosphere with the freedom to get to know like-minded people, or immerse in your very own yoga practice. Learn and experience the power of yoga breathwork, mindful flow, yin yoga and various meditation techniques. Your weekly retreat from the outside world to reconnect with your true self, to regulate your nervous system and to rebalance your mind and body.

    Do you want to loose weight and get fit quick? Are you up for a challenge? Will you benefit from a a stress-busting, mood boosting workout? Always up for learning new skills? Then this class is for you

    What to expect?

    From circuit training and core strength to boxing pad work and footwork drills, we will mix it up each week.

    Expect a mixed ability group of women and men all looking to learn new skills and test their fitness limits.
